Trophy Presentation
The Board voted Nov. 18 to conduct our trophy presentation to our participants on Monday Nov. 24, 2008 at Memorial Field starting at 6:00pm.
Your teams head coach will be in contact with you as we still have players who have not return equipment, and your child will not receive a trophy unless it is returned. If your child's equipment is still outstanding please call your coach or 863.781.0526 to make arrangements.

Message from the President
Our season has come to a close with the Mitey Mites defeat at the hands of Bartow saturday Nov.15. This was the first time I seen our team kept scoreless, but Bartow had a great game plan....keep the fast Avon Park offense off the field, and that is what they did with ball control and time of possession. Hats off to Bartow for doing something no team had been able to do. We can be very proud of these kids and the coaches for an outstanding job. It was a great run! and they did bring home the district 4 trophy for AP.
In our first year, our teams showed they could play with the best and compete with what Mid-Florida had to offer. I am very happy for Sebring, Ft. Meade, and Desoto also who joined this conference with us. They all had teams make the playoffs and compete. We showed Mid-Florida we all were not just your upstart, first year teams in their conference that they are acustom to. We all made our presence known, and made noise.
This season had it's bumps in the road and we learned a lot of valuable lessons about Mid-Florida, you have to take the good with the bad sometimes and we took our share. I think I had to stand-up and fight more battles this year as your president then ever before, but I would not trade any of it or do any of it different. I feel good about next season and changes that will be made to improve the conference and be happy to fight more battles for the goodness of fair play, and sportsmanship. I have no regrets about our move to MFFCC and it was so good to see kid's come out and play that in Pop Warner could not have.
I want to thank everyone that helped out this year as always. Without parent support our program would be nothing. It was always good to see everyone come out and support all our teams, not just the ones their child was playing on. We also showed we can stick together in thick and thin as a whole. I do love Avon Park football and doing what I do for our program. I believe in it so much and feel such a sense of responsibility and pride for my part in it.

Cheerleading Sponsorship: $350 year/$875 3 years
You get 4'x8' field banner, any advertisements you provide to
be distributed to the home crowd by the cheerleaders during
their game at half-time, public address announcements, and
website ad with URL link for 1 year.
Gameday Sponsor: $250 per game/$1,000 season
Season package includes 5 home games. That'a one gameday
for free! Package includes 4'x8' field banner located at main gate,
any advertisements you provide to be distributed at the gate, and
public announcements all game day. Ad on our website with season
package which inlcudes a URL link to your website for the season.
Banner & Website Sponsor: $250/$625 3 years

Game Day Raffle Prize Donation
Donate a prize that we can sell tickets for a drawing during
Game Day.
Field Banner Sponsor: $150 year/$100 renewal option
4' x 8' Banner of your design presented at the field
Scholarship Donation: $50 minimum
These monies go toward helping children of low income
families for registration & Insurance cost. Minimum donation
can cover 1 child to participate in the program.
